How can I cancel my QVC Contract?

Please Help!

We joined QVC in September 2009. Was told by Sales Rep that we only have to pay for the units we buy, no other costs/levies etc. "Special of the day". We asked him to confirm this as we could only afford to pay R500 per month. He did. We paid the deposit. The first time our monthly debit order went off, we noticed that another payment was deducted. After contacting QVC, we were told its the management fees we have to pay. We refused to pay it as we were never informed of this & the quote said that we had to pay no other costs/levies etc. We have been in dispute with QVC over these management fees ever since. The Sales Rep is also no where to be found. We do however pay our monthly unit fee every month.
This week i contact QVC to know how many units we have available so we can go away for a few days. They said we have zero because we dont pay the management fees. How ridiculous! Must i pay for my units for the rest of my life & have nothing to show for it?
